A True Story about DONJOY Valve

Today I receive a email from one of my client.

In the email he said:

Most of our customers are food industry enterprises. These are meat processing plants, dairy plants, factories for the production of cheese and drinks. Almost all enterprises use analogs of your equipment.

In 2016, one of the dairy plants underwent modernization of production and one company registered in Bulgaria supplied equipment with valves and pumps. All the valves were with GEA logos, however, during operation and cleaning of the equipment, some logos made using an adhesive film fell off, and under them was the DONJOY logo. This is how the engineers of this dairy plant and I learned about your equipment.

Considering the excellent quality of DONJOY valves installed at the plant, it was decided to purchase a new batch of valves and pumps directly from you.We have carried out purchases of pumps and butterfly valves. After the delivery and installation of this equipment in 2018, we received no complaints about its operation! The employees of the plant turned to us only with a request to bring them rubber seals, which need to be changed periodically.
